Frank Seemann - Managing Director

After an engagement as project engineer for four years at a well-known steam turbine manufacturer, Frank Seemann started his career at IPRO in 1996. Already in 1998 he took over the management  of the power engineering department. In 2002, Frank Seemann became authorised officer, became a partner in 2009 and has been managing director since 2011.

In addition to many successful projects in the food industry, Frank Seemann focuses on the areas of chemistry and energy as well as strategic corporate development.

Dr. Boris Morgenroth - Authorised Officer

During his studies Dr. Boris Morgenroth has already had practical experience in various European sugar factories since 1991. In addition to his doctorate, he was responsible for the market introduction of the falling film plate evaporator at a well-known manufacturer and also advised independently various sugar factories in terms of energy optimization.

Since 2002 Dr. Boris Morgenroth works for IPRO. His focus is on the international sugar industry. Since 2007 he has been the director of the Indian subsidiaries. He has headed the international projects department since 2011, has been a partner since 2013 and has been an authorised officer since 2014.

Dr. Boris Morgenroth has been involved for more than 20 years as a member of the International Society of Sugar Cane Technologists (ISSCT)(since 2013 as chairman of the main society's engineering section and since 2014 as chairman of the German section). For many years now he has been a member of the German VDZ (Verein Deutscher Zuckertechniker).

Lennart Schröder - Authorised Officer

Lennart Schröder gained practical engineering experience during his studies, among other places, abroad. He has been using his knowledge at IPRO since 2011 and has been working as a project manager since 2013, became a shareholder in 2020 and authorised officer in 2023.

During this time, Lennart Schröder was able to complete many successful projects, especially in the food industry. He has expertise in saving CO2 emissions through the use of industrial heat pumps. In addition to the project business, he takes care of marketing at IPRO.

Lennart Schröder is member of the VDZ (Verein Deutscher Zuckertechniker).

Thomas Stark - Authorised Officer

Immediatedly after his studies, during which Thomas Stark also gained practical experience in the sugar industry, he began his career at IPRO in 1995. In 2011 he took over the management of the process engineering department, became a partner in 2013 and has been authorised officer since 2014.

Based on 25 years of experience from numerous successful projects Thomas Stark is a competent partner for the sugar and food industry. In addition to the sound technological knowledge, he gained extensive expertise in the field of environmental protection and approval management.
Thomas Stark is a longtime member of the International Society of Sugar Cane Technologists (ISSCT), of Sugar Industry Technologists (S.I.T.) and the German VDZ (Verein Deutscher Zuckertechniker).

Dr. Georg Strünkmann - Authorised Officer

Immediately after receiving his doctorate Dr. Georg Strünkmann started to work at IPRO in 2005. Since 2010 he has been working as senior poject manager, became a partner in 2013 and authorised officer in 2020.

During this time, Dr. Georg Strünkmann was able to complete numerous national and international successful projects in the food, chemical and energy sectors. He has extensive expertise in biofuels and good manufacturing practice (GMP) and is at the same time your competent contact person for all questions concerning the CE declaration of conformity of your equipment respectively plant.

Oliver Wunsch - Authorised Officer

Following a two years employment as project engineer at a well-known equipment supplier for brewery and malting technology, Oliver Wunsch began his career in 1998 at IPRO. Since 2002 he has been partner. From 1998 until 2006 he has been active as  project manager and from 2006 until 2011  as managing director.

Today Oliver Wunsch is an authorised officer, his main activity being the preparation of offers and the conclusion of contracts as well as the acquisition and handling of projects.
